My name is Mosley. 

I am a former professional boxer who is fully qualified as a Personal Trainer with over 14 years’ experience.

I have a great passion for health, sports and exercising. I have a strong desire to help others to live a healthy lifestyle using my experience and knowledge.

My philosophy as a personal trainer, as well as a former athlete is to train every single one of his clients like a world-class athlete; I believe even if you are not one, you can train like one! By training like one, it will guarantee you to reach your fitness goals in a shortest amount of time possible. No matter your fitness levels, I am dedicated in helping to motivating you to reach your desired fitness goals. This will be achieved through sensible eating, using variations of safe and progressive effective exercises. Sessions could take place indoors or outdoors, using your own body weight, gym equipment or mixture of boxing.

    Mosley made sure that I was set up for success by explaining the exercises that needed to be followed on the days when I wasn’t seeing him. In addition to this, trainer checking up to make sure the diet was always correct
